Streams-of-Time: is a quarterly zine, featuring independent music reviews of numerous genres, including: ambient, chamber music, classical, instrumental, jazz, nature, new age, opera, world, and more.
The site was officially launched on July 1st, 2002 with two reviewers: Joshua and Nancy.
With 2005, we've introduced a total site redesign, and welcome two new reviewers:

Certified Massage Therapist Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, is an American Massage Therapy Association Professional Member and a Wisconsin Certified Massage Therapist. Nancy describes her taste in music as eclectic. Even before she became a massage therapist in 1997, she viewed music as an essential element in creating a relaxing and healing environment. Her favorite artists include Hanai, Ken Davis, and Charlie Wayne. |
Analytical Chemist Frank was weaned on Classical Music, and played various Clarinets from 1st grade through High School. Over the years, he has broadened his musical tastes to include Mediaeval and Renaissance in addition to the standard Baroque, Classical and Romantic Genre. Oh!... and let us not forget Opera! Ambient and new Age music are somewhat new to Frank. He was introduced to much of these through the auspices of Streams-of-Time host, Joshua. But with a passion for all forms of Beautiful Music, and a willingness to be challenged, he hopes to provide you with the inspiration to explore. |
Former music-store manager Has been surrounded by, and enjoyed, music from an early age. A vocalist with various groups in high school, including the county's only high school barbershop quartet, Jack is a lover of almost any genre of music. From Jazz to New Age to rock&roll, nearly every style of music is represented in his extensive CD collection, most of which was assembled during his eight years with a major record retailer. His favorite web surfing music is either jazz or classical. |
